I have been a mortgage originator and consultant in the residential mortgage lending industry since 1991.  I have vast experience in all types of lending arenas including, FHA, VA, Rural Housing, Conventional, Jumbo and Reverse Mortgages (an incredible financial tool that can potentially save the life of or add to the quality of life of literally millions and millions of the great folks in our Senior Community!)  I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist™, a certification in which less than 1% of originators nationwide obtain.  I love working with first time homebuyers and also have a very strong desire to help those in our senior community release the idle equity in their home and use it to meet their needs, wants and desires without taking any money out of their pocket and, at the very least, freeing up vast amounts of cash flow.  I take a very hands on, advice-based, consultative approach to my mortgage practice as I desire to educate and empower my clients so that they can best prepare for their financial futures, whether just beginning, preparing for retirement or having already entered into their “Golden Years”.  

My goal is to have everyone I work with come away knowing that they have learned something new, have received an experience second to none and will know that my team and I did everything possible to provide them with the best loan product available for their situation at a very competitive rate.  I work by "referral only" and desire to partner only with honest, ethical, trusted professionals in their related fields of expertise, be they Real Estate agents, Certified Financial Planners, CPAs, or Attorneys with various specialties and the like.  Now, more than ever, it is so very important for a borrower and/or referral partner to work with someone with the vast experience needed to know how to package and "present" loans in a way that will get them approved and closed on time, and on budget at a fair, honest and competitive rate. 

My tag line, "My Mission ...YOUR Freedom!!" is applicable both to my business and personal life.  I desire to help people become financially free through proper education, mortgage management and referrals to the RIGHT professionals who will help them build wealth and manage debt consistently and conservatively over time.  The vast majority of folks are not prepared for their financial futures and need a variety of experts that they know they can trust to advise and manage their financial futures.  Personally, as I continue on my journey through life, it is my desire to see folks "set free" in every area of their life, be it financial, spiritual, physical, emotional and/or mental.  I look forward to meeting and working with you in the future!
