BOB HEARN

Bob Hearn has been active in real estate investment, property management, and has been a Realtor since 1986. In addition to being a Realtor during that same period, Bob went on to obtain his Mortgage Broker license in 1996.

Bob and his wife Doris have lived in the Lake Mary area since 1984. Doris has been with the Seminole County School system since 1986. Their three sons attended Lake Mary schools while participating in school and club soccer. All three sons still reside here in Central Florida.

Bob’s background includes experience in financing real estate transactions for purchases of homes for primary residence, investment, and reverse mortgages for seniors. Bob’s experience in purchasing, selling, exchanging, and financing real estate transactions gives him a sold and comprehensive background with which to assist clients in their real estate endeavors.
